The terms of service laid out here apply to your use of our website, slackbot, and all other services provided by ThanksChat. By using our services, you are agreeing in full to these terms. If you do not agree in full with these terms then you agree you must stop using any ThanksChat services immediately.
You agree that ThanksChat can send you essential emails (no SPAM) to your slack-registered email address for the purposes of communicating about your account where necessary. Examples would be for sending invoice emails or free-trial expiry notifications.
You must not attempt to cause harm to ThanksChat in any way, and agree to behave responsibly at all times. You may not attempt to gain access to another persons data or to impersonate anyone on this site or while using any ThanksChat services.
You must not use any services provided by ThanksChat in any way that may cause harm to another person, organisation, or entity. By harm, we include physical, psychological, or other types of activity that the recipient considers hurtful. You agree that should ThanksChat be notified by law enforcement of any potential harm, ThanksChat will make every effort to assist them in their investigations.
You must not reproduce, or resell any of the material provided by ThanksChat without written consent from us.
To use any of the services provided by ThanksChat you must be 16 or over. If you are using these services as part of an organisation, business or otherwise, you agree that you have the right to do so, and that you must act responsibly on your and their behalf. To install ThanksChat on to your Slack instance for instance, you agree that you have sufficient responsibility within that organisation to do so.
You must not use ThanksChat to assist in any illegal activity whatsoever.
Lastly, by using these services, you agree that ThanksChat has the final say in all matters concerning these services, and has the right to deny or block access to these services, or to stop transacting with you at any time and for any reason.
